Park Elementary focuses on the academic growth of all students through the integration of art, technology, STEAM and hands-on teaching practices to ensure learning is the number one priority of our students.
It continues to be an honor and a privilege for us to have the opportunity to serve and educate your children at the NEW Park Medical Academy. On behalf of our exceptional faculty and staff, I extend our best wishes to you for a successful school year.Â
This year, we are extremely excited about our partnerships with the Baton Rouge General Medical System. This model is designed as an inquiry and project-based exploratory model in health sciences providing students with the opportunity to experience various aspects of the medical field. The program will serve as a catalyst for theme-based opportunities aligned with programs at the high school level. Â
This partnership with Baton Rouge General Medical System will create a strong foundation and an important link to the healthcare industry while helping students develop and apply leadership, social, civic, and healthcare skills in a professional setting. Â
Through the team effort of our staff, community partners, parents, and students, we will offer our students a highly successful learning experience.Â
In closing, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and Park Medical Academy for the education of your child. We look forward to working with your family.
Educationally yours,
Stephanie M. Tate, Principal
