Public Comment for EMENDATION of: 2023-2024 Students Rights and Responsibilities & Discipline Handbook

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is providing Notice of Proposed Revised Policy and Public Comment to offer interested parties reasonable opportunity to submit data or comments on the proposed policy noted below. Public comment may be submitted in writing directly to the district through the district tool below. Written comments must be submitted by 5:00pm on the Last Date for Comment listed below.

OPEN FOR COMMENT AT LEAST UNTIL: March 17, 2023

Summary: The East Baton Rouge Parish School System must annually review the Students Rights and Responsibilities and Discipline handbook. This policy encompasses the Student Code of Conduct as well as additional guidance for implementation of student discipline and behaviors.
